More Dances Around The Christmas Tree

"Postflickorna" was a group of girls all working at postofficies. This record contains old Christmas songs, unfortunatly I can´t yet provide you with this particular songs. But instead I want to share some other Christmas Songs. This is filmactor Thor Modén, well known from many comedies. This time he takes the part as Father Christmas ("Tomten" in Swedish) at the main stage of the outdoor center Skansen in Stockholm, it´s just before Christmas and he sings together with a laides choir. There are two parts, part one and a part two.
Hope you enjoy it!

I loved your Christmas albums of 2005 -- the year isn't half over and I am already hunting for Christmas records -- hope you will continue the blog in 2006, especially the Swedish albums (or in Scandinavia in general if you have them -- so nice to hear new things. (I am in Canada where we relate a lot to Scandinavia).

I will certainly continue with presenting Scandinavian Christmas albums. But you have to be patient and wait until later this autumn. Last year, 2005, I spent most of the year with my Christmas Records trying to write a book. So I must admit I was already pretty tiered of Christmas Music when Christmas finally got closer. A publisher promised to publish it but in the end they changed their mind. But I might give it another try later on.
